America is in Revolution! We will be victorious, comrades, and we will move ever forwards to a great communard America! In the spirit of Proletarian Internationalism, however, we will require assistance in defeating the sinister and reactionary armies of the bourgeois warlord states.

We require several principle things:

• International Volunteers, in order to assist in the Civil War. European, South America, Asian, maybe, though the RevKMT and Indians seem like they're a bit busy unfortunately, but if they sent anyone we'd embrace them with open arms. This is to bolster our numbers as we work to reorganize ourselves and get our battle lines and government in order.

• Equipment. Massive amounts. Rifles, Sub-Machineguns, Tanks, Planes, AT Equipment, Artillery, but, of greatest concern to us is Anti-Aircraft. We are (rightly) concerned about getting firebombed, see, and would like to guarantee that it will be as near as possible to impossibility.

• Training & Advisors: While we retain many Socialist-Loyal National Guardsmen and Police, we are reliant largely on pre-insurgency Militias and Paramilitaries. Our goal is to eventually reorganize ourselves into a true red army, a true People's Army. For that, we will require communard assistance.

With this, we will become the hammer to smash the enemy! With this, we will bring death and red terror to the enemies of the working class! Long Live the Second American Revolution!
