With the recent developments in American politics and recent incidents which have angered Japan, we have been forced to take a more direct stance. Although we must act in a somewhat behind the scenes manner in order to prevent further aggression from the dark forces in the USA. We thus shall deliver a set of documents that contain forged government and state department documents. These will be delivered to the Pacific State Compact's highest leaders to aid them in their legal struggle. This should implicate their enemies in having broken into their respective offices and destroy the prosecution.
