RETURN OF TERRITORIES

This would be the letters at the very top of a document sent by Foreign Minister Esteban Gil Borges of the United States of Venezuela. He writes the following,

It comes with great honour to find that our two wonderful nations are working together. We are not sure if your government are aware but we have negotiated and crafted trade deals with Germanica. Our spheres do align once again.

I would like to discuss and propose something, seeing we are on the same side once more. My President is very insistent of Venezuelan Territory being returned to our government, of which we would gravely appreciate for the return of the islands currently in your possession, specifically the Leeward Antilles or the isles of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.

We understand the economic value of this territory and make the following arrangement in light of this,

• The Islands are returned in full control of the United States of Venezuela and subsequent administrations

• The Ports are governed by a strict treaty allowing Dutch vessels to dock, port and refuel freely and at whim.

• Any flag wielding the Dutch Flag shall be accepted.

• The economy is still retained in full control at this time under their subsequent companies, the territory and its protection and defence however are once more guaranteed by the Venezuelan Armed Forces and all agencies recognized by our government and administration.

• We would like to begin also the hiring of cheap Venezuelan labour at your facilities, but this is entirely negotiable.
