A new series of posters and comics being put in newspapers have begun to be spread around in the Socialist Republic, along with as much as possible being spread in the Lombardia and Veneto regions. The picture has a caricature of the German Kaiser and Victor Emmanuel III sitting at a very fancy dinner table, in the background the Austro-Hungarian Kaiser can be seen walking out of the door waving to the two. The German Kaiser is carving a slice of meat onto a plate in his hand, clearly for Victor Emmanuel as the Kaisers plate is already piled high with the meat, it's red juices dripping and almost overflowing off the plate. The meat that is being carved is an Italian worker, his face contorted in agony, with the two monarchs both simultaneously saying "Bloody, just the way I like it."

These pieces are being produced in response to the claim by the German Kaiserreich that "Not an inch of Italian soil will be yielded...unless it is soaked in their blood first" and the tacit mutual support between the Kaiser and Victor Emmanuel III. Surprisingly there is also an article published by Councilman Mussolini, in which he proposes a theory, that Victor Emmanuel III, fearful of the rising power of the common Italian man made a secret pact with the German and Austrian Kaisers, that Italy would join on the side of the Entente Cordiale, in return for the Austrians and Germans slaughtering the Italian people to allow VEIII to regain control of the country. He proposes the King had planned on claiming that the reason the war was lost was not due to his purposeful restraining of the Italian soldiers and command, but because of a failing of the Italian people themselves. However, good Hardworking Italian people saw through this Pugnalato alle Spalle (Stab in the Back) and rose up against the decadent di Savoia dynasty. This article is of course, written in Mussolini's capacity as a private citizen and not as a member of the Consiglio, however many of the papers that have strong leanings toward the Fascist party have begun printing the story to sell as much as possible.
