As of 1940, as of the establishment of the rebuilding, industrialization, and education efforts, the Worker's Front will be forming a youth group for all these young students: From ages Primary School until University, students of all genders will have a chance to join the All-Syndicate Youth Guard. In the Youth Guard, from a young age, we will work to instill knowledge of the past, hope for the future, and the socialist theory, resources, and resilience to work to make it happen.

We will also work to make sure that this overlaps with the Corps of People's Engineers, and the humanitarian aid (as opposed to combat volunteers) parts of the International Brigades, but not with the Rifleman-Workers, unless it is for rifle related sports as youth groups are wont to do (even the Boy Scouts can't stop themselves from wanting to shoot rifles and shotguns). This is a student organization, not a paramilitary one. At the moment, while we have plans for sleepaway camps eventually, given the current state of rebuilding, and the World War going on outside our borders, we will sadly have to put them on hold for now.
