As the Worker's Front has mostly fully integrated into the Republic, for tension's sake we obviously shouldn't have a massive standing army. As such, we will be offering a few choices for those currently in the Worker's Front standing army:

a) Return to life as usual. We did it, we won, mostly. You can go home now. You fought with honor, and will be revered forever for it. If the Worker's Front ever needs help, we hope that you will once again come to her aid.

b) Join the Corps of People's Engineers! We are formally separating this from the Rifleman-Workers, because they don't need to be an armed paramilitary force. Spain needs to rebuild, and the Worker's Front will, of course, always be ready to help. This and the other one above are the main ones we want people to do, honestly.

c) Join a local contingent of the Rifleman-Workers Organization. Hey, it's the same paramilitary we know and love, and which won us the civil war. Cool Lenin cap, awesome triangle armband, wear blue coveralls and a red bandana. Not mutually exclusive with returning to civilian life or being in the Corps of People's Engineers. This one won't need much advertising honestly.

d) Integrate into the Republic's Army. We don't see too many people doing this, but maybe life in battle lit something in you. We could always use sympathetic comrades in all organizations.

e) Join the International Brigades! We already have a volunteer division abroad, but this is less a formal military thing and more an office you can go to in order to help set up an international volunteer group or make contact with a prior one. This does not need to be a military thing; it can be say, helping rebuild, or helping provide medical aid. At the moment, it will also serve as a method of recruiting reinforcements for the Division Azul. Volunteers from abroad, whether they hail from a nation which is fully Syndicalist or Not, are also allowed to join a pre-organized brigade or gain help in organizing their own.
