With Austria posed to come out of the 5th Balkan War with some resemblance of its Danubian Federation in tact, it remains a much stronger foe than before as its power have been concentrated in a much more potent federalized system as Hungarian dreams for independence has been - at least temporarily - dash, there has been a growing fearing that Austria - once out of the 5th Balkan War entirely, will assist Russia in conducting a war of liberation that will see the German war effort knocked out as millions of men will begin to assault German positions in the East while Germany fights a bloody war in Belgium and may be potentially outflanked by the Dutch should joint French and British pressure force them to allow the transit of NATO forces directly into the Ruhr. As such, Germany wishes to propose the following to the Austrian Empire in an effort to avoid deadly war while also nullifying a dagger aimed at the heart of Germany proper:

A joint declaration of friendship and commitment by both government's to peace between the two countries and to respect the other's right to state sovereignty - the complete and exclusive control of all the people and property within their territory.

Benevolent neutrality in the event that the Organization of Free Nations - or any other alliance - invades either the Federation or the German Empire or vice versa.

Military support for the Danubian Federation should the Third Internationale (NATO) invade the Federation or its associated states.
