We will make sure to commit factories in such a way as that we don't commission so many that it interferes with rebuilding or manufacturing arms for domestic usage, albeit the factories which produce guns, tanks, and planes, likely do not overlap too often with the factories which produce industrial equipment, trucks, tools, etc, but we will always make sure to keep that in mind.
