The Italian CV-35 has been received well due to it's small size, cheap manufacture, and versatility. However, it's anti tank capabilities are somewhat lacking. As such, we will be making the CR-35/CC "Carro-Rapido 35/Contrario-Carro" variant of the CV-35. This will be much the same as our current open-topped CV's, only instead of twin MG's, it will mount one MG and one Boys Anti Tank rifle. They will also be made to have thicker frontal armor, about double the width, and be welded instead of riveted on the front. These changes will be both retrofitted into old CV's, as well as put into newly manufactured ones.

In addition, we will be producing a limited production of Anti Air Variants of the Lancia 1ZM, from Early-Late 1939. These will not be meant for any frontline combat, as they are, quite dangerously, outdated, and would be more useful as mobile AA for moving columns of infantry and armor. It will mount the Hotchkiss 25mm AA gun in the turret ring rather than the usual turret as in the design. This will be designated the Lancia Carro/Contrario-Aeronave.

Returning to the CV-35 design, we will be mounting infantry support cannons capable of firing HE rounds onto the tankette, as well as greatly increasing the armor on the front and sides, doubling it on the front and increasing it by half on the sides. We will also make accommodations for a third crewman to ride on the tank, in order to assist with loading and firing the cannon. This will be designated the CR-35/AI "Carro-Rapido 35/Anti-Infanteria". These will mostly be converted from previously made CV's, and will not be manufactured in and of themselves.

The CR-35/CC is expected to be successful, and we will be making and upgrading as many tankettes as possible. The LC/CA and CR-35/AI we are more cautious about, and will be making them in more conservative numbers, to be increased if they prove successful.
