The only thing stopping the Union of Socialist American States from seizing New York and our Atlantic ports are you men. If you fail in that duty, the America you will know will almost certainly perish. If it fails, the free world as we know it will be no more, the world becoming divided between Syndicalism and authoritarianism.

Even now, the SPA menace amasses on our borders, sensing weakness following their massive push into the region. But men, do not despair, do not give in to their propaganda which claims that the war is lost for us and loudly says we should lay down our guns. As evidenced by the atrocities committed to New England, primarily in the cities of Albany, Boston, Augusta, Providence, New London, Hartford and Springfield, its been made clear their sweet words of honey are just a mere facade hiding hatred to you and your cherished way of life.

Do not falter in your duty to the Republic, for help is on the way. New weapons filter out of the factories that toil day and night, new recruits - eager to enlist - and fight their home, families and way of life bolster our resolve. In the skies, we are slowly but surely winning the air war - the SPA unable to replace their pilots lost in the line of duty as hundreds if not thousands of new planes come off the production line. But, this will be all for naught only if you let it be. The American Dream currently lies threatened by the so called 'War Communism' and nationalization of all property by the CSA. Side by side, facing the enemy like an immovable barrier will we achieve victory.
