German Forces are pushing back into Ruthenia - all of our details, efforts and other such plans will be laid out in my war orders that will go along with it. Not sure if Russia submitted war orders but I'll be doing it either way.

I'll be putting my war orders in here while my war orders are unaccessible. We have been informed that Russia is allowing us to withdraw all of our industry and our military goods from White Ruthenia in exchange for annexation - we will be doing just that. Military infrastructure, forts and other such things will be positioned in Lithuania, Ukraine and the United Baltic Duchies.
Factories will be relocated into the United Baltic Duchy along with other general industry - it will take four months to complete.
