RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY
The Russian treasury has launched a pilgrimage to the 3I. The growing financial struggles of the Russian state and economic problems are being increasingly complex due to the new national security developments in Chechnya and Orda. The government has been faced with the fact that traditional methods of raising credit are not working. Our ability to increase revenues and cut the budget after the 1935 economic reforms and austerity packages are severely curtailed. We are in dire straits.
- The Russian Republic wishes to have a $1.5-2 billion bond issue underwritten by the CoF UoB and any other 3I members who wish to join the sydnicate
