The Fengtian Government, occupying the former backwater of Manchuria, stands as one of the most well-organized and profitable governments in China today. Led by the glorious Mukden Tiger, Grand Marshal Zhang Zuolin, the Fengtian industry, economy and armed forces are all impressive compared to the disorganized giant, the Qing, and the warlord cliques in the west.

As Fengtian, my plan will be to formalize our relationship as a close friend and ally, but not servant, of Japan, and to fully incorporate Japanese equipment and tactics in our ranks. Particularly, I will reorganize the Navy and the Air Force along Japanese lines and formalize Chinese control of the economy, railways and infrastructure. I will bring in foreign industry to modernize our production facilities, as well as establishing new universities and trade schools. I will develop new power plants and create more local electricity grids, like those in the United States. I will also create a new national shipping line, the China Star Line, to export our products on the international stage.

The future for Fengtian, the rightful government of China, is bright, and in due time we will turn to the south and rid this land of the warlords and the monarchists.
