The Russian government has commissioned the Yusupov Corporation to develop a "Tractor" for the military to use for "infrastructure" projects. With recent reports on 3I tank tactics and technology, we have decided to develop a vehicle capable of fulfilling that role for the Russian military. Production will begin in Petrograd and Volgograd with a new facility being constructed in the Urals for military armament as well which will be finished in the new year. This whole project will cost the Russian state 30 million dollars.
