Post Body

1936, Late February

Rafael hated that every day he had to pass the fucking, pig poster that was put up after a series of events triggered by his erstwhile comrade, Gennaro. But today, he would put aside his hated for his good, good friend Gen, because today, he had a job to do in the factory.

The Rifle factory produced Mausers; the Spanish variant, of course, of the 1916 variety. Hundreds, thousands a day, were produced in this factory alone. And what good providence, as well, since with such high production rates, nobody would miss one or two missing parts, especially when you have someone editing the inventory sheets to make sure nobody ever notices.

And so, Rafael, partaking in a collective effort all across the country, pockets a part or two. He and a few others in different places in the assembly process do so as well. At the end of the day, they store all their parts in a cache and, once they have enough to make a sizable amount of weapons (or when they can finally schedule a time when everyone's available, fucking, Arlo, that son of a bitch), they will meet and assemble the weapons.

And so, it turns out, there are more Spanish rifles, sub machine guns, LMG's, etc. in the country than was previously theorized. Are they in safe hands? It depends on who you ask, but it is definitely not going to be safe for Capital. Especially since Arlo didn't get enough pieces for the safety.
