Flag of the Republic of Ukraine
Chief of Staff of Ukraine
Background
Ukraine's first female paratroopers, part of the 1st Guards Airborne Corps. These pair of women are the first in the Ukrainian Military to serve in combat roles!
This operation entirely exists on the premise that the Spanish Republic accepts our expeditionary corps and allows our Ukrainian Volunteers existing within Spain to cede under Ukrainian Command and Control so that we may coordinate them under the UkM. (Ukrainian Military)
Until we can receive such authorization to organize them, we will be deploying the Ukrainian Marines back along with the Ukrainian Paratroopers.
The 1st Ukrainian Airborne Division has been resettled and reorganized entirely into the "Air-Landing Forces of Ukraine' (VDVUkr) and has settled to organize into a Corps, comprised of experienced troopers from the Hungarian Border-Conflict and utilizing new parachutes and newer developments with the Airborne.
The existing Ukrainian volunteers (30,000) will be taken into Ukrainian custody, armed, clothed and will be trained with the support of the 604th Military Control Centre who will be overseeing Ukrainian and CNT Volunteers Training.
We will be establishing this facility outside of Valencia where most of our resources shall also be. It shall assist in the training of all Leftist volunteers. Our goals are to expand this facility - as these 30,000 soldiers are trained into a professional standard, they will replace Spanish CNT volunteers who will (if accepted) come to the training facility, obtain modern equipment and training and return back out to the frontlines.
All humanitarian aid already preexisting within Republican Spanish territory will revert under command of the Military but will continue on their existing assignments, collaborating under the 15th Medical Battalion and the 189th Independent Medical Battalion. Our logistic support will be brought in under such existing formations.
Tactics
(We are only attacking the Canary Islands but not Prima yet, beyond that we will be putting our military into position)
Navy
The Navy's job is to secure a complete escort service of all Ukrainian equipment and supplies to mainland Spain as well as secure a steady stream of logistics and support to the Republican Forces on the frontline, docking in major ports but transporting through French waters before docking in controlled and friendly ports in Spain. Besides this, our navy will be utilizing neutral waters to provide a steady stream of supplies for the Spanish while continuing to propagandize for the CNT-FAI as well as the Communist Party of Spain and through its extension, the Communist Party of Ukraine.
Once a steady line has been secured, our Marines of the 1st Kurin will prepare themselves in the cities of Benidorm and Valencia, sailing under the cover of night to the island of Ibiza (a population of no more than 10,000). This is where our Marines will land on the flatter side of the North and South Island, hopeful to arrest and detain the Kingdom's forces on the island without issue. Once landfall has been made, we will provide air support to both islands that report any issue in their liberation.
The 2nd Kurin will do the same, landing on the Isle of Mahon near Faro de Punta Nati (the lighthouse). This area of the island is relatively flat, marking it easy for our soldiers to gain a solid landfall.
The landing operation will be conducted with inflatable landing craft. The liberation of both islands is to prepare for the third, larger island of Palma.
Air Force
Our air force will provide reconnaissance over the entirety of Spain's frontlines, specifically our An-1 planes will be flying in much needed areas to map out the enemy's formations. We will hold our bombers back, more allowing our supplies to get into position and be transported (and fly) into Spain. Our naval and night fighters however will provide constant assistance with our An-2VC's loaded and prepared to strike any of the Kingdom of Spain's (or Portuguese) ships attempting to interdict Ukrainian Traffic. Our largest goal and mission is to ensure the steady supply and the successful transportation of Ukrainians in Spain before we advance further.
Ground Forces
Our ground forces, as stated above, will begin establishing training and logistics facilities, training our forces and rendering them unable to directly intervene in the following and soon to come battles for Spain. We wish to ensure our equipment arrives in the month before we attempt a strike.

TLDR
We ask for Republican Spain to give us permission to personally take the command of the 30,000 volunteers that left in 1937. Our Marines are going to be attacking the islands of the Canaries (just two of them, not the main one) and we will be putting NKVD units into Spain. We won't be doing any land engagements - we are just making sure our soldiers get to Spain in this round along with their equipment. Furthered, we will be offering to begin training CNT Forces at our training facilities once we finish training the volunteers and arm them.
Our soldiers that arrive will also be setting up logistical support outposts for the CNT along controlled territory and our medical battalions will continue to assist alongside humanitarian agents sent already. We expect to be fully ready for the next round.
