Our NKVD will be constantly expanding our efforts within Ukraine but thanks to the recent acquisition of modern German encryption as well as decryption tech, our intelligence counter-intelligence might has expanded. We will begin its implementation immediately, now wielding the same power and the same capabilities as the Germans in these measures and we will be using it to its fullest.

The NKVD will be utilizing this opportunity to also begin monitoring the entire lives of the civilian population (specifically politicians, generals and other upper echelons) in Ukraine, hopeful to encourage our loyalists to stay loyal and the public dissidents to begone. We will be living up to the legend of the NKVD, recruiting another 30,000 by the end of this year from the civilian and military. The NKVD will also be taking over all efforts from now on in Signals, Radio/Electronic/Telecommunication Intelligence Efforts and otherwise (supplementing the 30,000 amount).

They will have military advisors and personnel to assist this but will be in control of the NKVD.

We have already conducted a continued purge of nationalist assets in the Ukrainian Military, ensuring now all within it are Communist, Leftist or neutral. All upper ranking Ukrainian personnel will be part of the Communist Party however.
