To bring our friendly countries into closer cooperation, the Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to propose a treaty to the friendly Republic of Peru.

• As our countries already enjoy extensive trade, we would like to propose free tariff-less trade between the Syndicalist Republic of Chile and the Republic of Peru.
  • The Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to offer a mission of 200 advisers to assist the Republic of Peru in their copper exploitation ventures. As our recent expansions in the Antofagasta region show, Chilean copper mining is some of the best in the world.
  • In addition to assistance in Peruvian mining ventures, the Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to establish an agreement to export Chilean trucks and equipment to Peru to help in the mechanization and modernization of their economy.
• To further increase trade between the countries, the Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to expand CSAV steamship service between Lima and Valparaiso to a thrice-weekly service using coastal liners. This trade will allow increased travel between the two nations as well, considering the limitations of rail travel due to the Atacama desert.
  • LAN-Chile, the Chilean national airline, has also expressed interest in developing a seaplane route between Valparaiso and Lima using one of their Consolidated Commodore aircraft. This service would run once every two days and provide a modern and efficient way of travelling between the two nations.
• The Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to propose increased military cooperation between the two powers in the form of an officer exchange. Chile's Prussian-style military is renowned throughout South America as the most professional on the continent, and, as our recent assistance to the Federal Republic of Insulindia shows, we are well-equipped to help train the militaries of other nations as well.
  • Further, the Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like to propose a 25-year non-aggression and mutual defense pact to the Republic of Peru. This pact would prevent aggression of one party towards the other, as well as binding each nation to come to the defense of the other should they be attacked by any foreign power.
    • The Republic of Peru shares a border with the aggressive, revanchist nation of Brazil, who have recently showed their decadence and opposition to the cause of freedom and democracy through reverting to an ancient, licentious form of Monarchical government. The Republic of Peru and the Syndicalist Republic of Chile are aligned in their opposition to such nations that, without question, will try to exploit and subjugate their neighbors.
• Finally, the Syndicalist Republic of Chile invites the Republic of Peru to join it in becoming a junior member of the Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere. Our recent deals with the Empire of Japan and the Federal Republic of Insulindia show that East Asia and South America are closely aligned in their goals, and that both markets can profit considerably from the wealth of the other.
• The Syndicalist Republic of Chile would like, in cooperation with the friendly Syndicalist government of the Republic of Peru, to propose free operation of Chile's intelligence service, DIMA, in the Republic of Peru for future operations against unfriendly foreign nations. DIMA's presence would be purely on the basis of operation in nations bordering the Republic of Peru, without any reference towards operations against the Republic of Peru itself, considering that the Republic of Peru and the Syndicalist Republic of Chile are already closely aligned in their goals and ideologies.
