How to warm up your knees

Post Body

Hi guys! First time posting in this sub. Wanted to ask you all about my knees/joints.

I'm already 39 and been overweight most of my life. I'm working on that since I'm down to 230 lbs from my initial 300. I started to exercise consistently too, so my health also gets better... Been doing kettlebells and resistance band teaining. Now here's the thing:

Whenever I squat I feel a moderate discomfort in my knees. My form is all good and I don't extend my knees beyond my toes etc etc. We're okay formwise. I was thinking perhaps I'm screwing my warmup because my knees don't bother me when I'm on my dirtbike, which is physically more demanding, however by the time I ride I've already loaded/unloaded the bike from the truck, walked around etc.

What do y'all do for warming up your knees/joints?

Thank you!!
