So how are we all doing? I had a rough week. Illness stopped me dead in the water. Minimal eating, no exercise and all the mental challenges that come from being run over. For me, it's the recovery that's harder - getting back into a healthy diet, restarting the exercise and finding the good mental place again. So this will be a week of hard work...
