A new month, so it's time to update on how you are going with your goals, the struggles you are having and the progress you've made. For new posters, introduce yourselves and let us know what you are working towards!
For myself, it's to keep steady on m diet/exercise plan. This month is going to be challenging so the temptation to get lazy or go off the diet plan will be there often. I need a few more classes at a local wellness center to determine if I'm going to try my introduction to yoga there, but my first visit went well, so fingers crossed...
