Headphone recs?

Sadly my beats headphones have died rip. In search of some new headphones, I'm looking at Sony wh-1000 xm3, xm4 and xm5 or Bose QC 45.
Keen to hear what people rate and recommend, would be using them for Gym, Running, Travel and Work.
Also work in Govt so any places that do staff discounts would be great!
