Has anyone lived in oriental bay before? I’ve been thinking of moving to the city and was thinking of getting an apartment or a flat. I understand it’s expensive, but is it a good quality of / life / neighbour vibe? I have to cycle to Newtown a lot and the new cycleways will make that easier.
