Okay so i’ve heard many people on NDRIs and SSRIs talk about brain zaps. i’m just coming off of lexapro and im on my first month of wellbutrin. i THINK i might be experiencing the brain zaps. but i need someone to try to further describe the feeling.

what im feeling is kind of like a dizzy spell, but not like room spinning dizzy. kind of like, how you think it would feel to walk through a portal. i feeling like my ears make a little vibration kind of? like i hear the earth spinning? idk, it’s so hard to explain the feeling. but if anyone can relate to that poor explanation, what is it?

it’s been happening pretty often. doesn’t bother me, just an odd feeling.
