I wish doctors would stop saying there are no withdrawal symptoms.
Post Body

After being on it for 3 years, I can definitely say there are.

  1. ā Fatigue
  2. ā Low motivation
  3. ā Low energy

These are because your brain downregulates norepinephrine and dopamine after being on Wellbutrin to compensate for the increases it produces.

Iā€™ve found that dropping off from 150 to zero had me utterly exhausted and lethargic within a week.

Your mileage may vary, but Iā€™m doing 25 mg reductions per week. At first I did a drop from 450 to 200, and it made me so tired and unmotivated for the first few weeks. It slowly gets better, but Iā€™ve decided Iā€™d rather go slow than feel incapacitated.

Completely ruining my sleep. Ended up worse in all areas because of the lack of sleep.

Yeah, itā€™ll probably take a good 30-45 days to be completely back to normal. Iā€™m tapering though so hopefully thatā€™ll help.

At 150 and sleeping better but it still affects my sleep.
