- ā Low motivation
- ā Low energy

Iāve found that dropping off from 150 to zero had me utterly exhausted and lethargic within a week.
Your mileage may vary, but Iām doing 25 mg reductions per week. At first I did a drop from 450 to 200, and it made me so tired and unmotivated for the first few weeks. It slowly gets better, but Iāve decided Iād rather go slow than feel incapacitated.
Yeah, itāll probably take a good 30-45 days to be completely back to normal. Iām tapering though so hopefully thatāll help.
At 150 and sleeping better but it still affects my sleep.
