Alcohol and naltrexone

I take Wellbutrin and dr added naltrexone off label for weight loss. Next week I’ll be attending a company conference. Where I’m told alcohol flows pretty free. Now I know that I have the choice to not over indulge. But I would like to enjoy myself. My question is that because naltrexone is used primarily to treat alcoholism, should I just stop the med for the 3 days of the conference? I know I’m asking for medical advice, technically, but thought I’d see what others have experienced.
