I have been on 75mg for three weeks now. I have struggled with many side effects. Lack of sleep, light headed, very emotional, crying at night. At day 3-6 i had a sex drive increase but that has gone. I have noticed softer erections and less night time erections… back story though is that i have struggled with ED before this but i think allot of guys can relate that they know their functioning and can tell when things slip some. Also another thing to complicate things is that i have been suffering from prostate issues for a year or so now, maybe more. I had to go on this medication because my depression just got so bad because of this issue and we choose Wellbutrin because of less chance of sexual sides. So with this i have had genital numbness. By this i dont mean i cant feel a pinch or pain but its like all skin sensitivity is gone. The problem is this symptom happened during the worst of my prostate pain in my perineum and this same weekend is when i started Wellbutrin so my doctors have no idea which issue is causing the numbness. I am supposed to go up to 150 SR this weekend but not sure what to do. Do people still go up even if experiencing side effects? My doctor basically gave me the choice. I am so lost on what to do. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
