How long until Wellbutrin reversed SSRI sexual issues?

I started 10mg of Lexapro and then went to 20mg . I am 35M and it makes me last way too long sometimes. I started taking Wellbutrin XL, 150mg for a week then went to 300mg XL. Now I take both the SSRI and Wellbutrin. Will it help me get back my sexual arousal and faster orgasms? Been on them since mid July. Probably a month now.
