First post in this group. I have been on trintellix 10mg for a little over a year now and i have to say it was great for my mental health, i was in an awful place and it saved me. Only issue that I discussed with my doctors is a decline in sexual function over the past 6 months or so. Decided to try out a switch. Wellbutrin is what they suggested. So now i have weened down to 2.5mg of trintellix and getting ready for the switch.

As i get ready for this journey that i am not so sure of i am looking for any positive experiences from the male side i can get to help me. Doctors say it can actually improve sexual function but they also said that about trintellix and that never happened. I did not start having ED on trintellix until 6 months in but my sex drive was crushed almost from day one. Doctors were surprised but i think its all very individual. Anyway just hoping for some feedback. Thanks.
