So I run a small mobile truck/ equipment repair gig and have a need for a small welding set up for my pick up truck
I have an older Hobart welder/ generator that is great for heavy welding needs but I don’t always want to bring my service rig when I’m just doing some of my PMs on the weekend or get called out for a broken my flap hanger or just whatever other little glue it together repair that comes up
So I was recently playing around with a little Lincoln mig 90i and it’s the perfect little machine for my use case but I’m wonderimg about using it with a generator? How big of a generator would you realistically need for something like this? I’m mostly just wondering because ide like a small enough set up that I can handbomb the generator into the back of my truck on my own
Thanks!
