So Iām a mechanic (truck/ equipment) and welding obviously goes with the trade .. however .. I am NOT a welder .. I stick things together or patch things up .. have fabricated the odd part but I would like to learn a little bit more about the welding side of things so I can up my fabrication game and learn a little more about metallurgy and proper machine set ups.. maybe go for a couple of tickets (Canada)
I have a few of my reference books from trade school (though they look like they belong in a museum now)
Wondering what sorts of book, trade and reference are currently the go to in the industry or for the welding trade schools or even some reference videos/ courses on the internet
Thanks!
