So how do YOU collect signs?

Almost done with my Kantai Collection 1st set and I am already starting on Persona 4. I wanted to collect Madoka 1st set but the Trial Deck signs seem to be hard to find. :(
So what do you use besides JkTCG, Facebook groups, Ebay, and Ideal808, Yuyu-tei, etc?
Also, has a SP ever gone down in value? I highly doubt it but was just curious.
