So I'm guessing when KC2 releases there will still be no ban list for English format because we're kinda Bushiroad's "ideal" format. (We get excluded broken cards like Marika and Junyou at the cost of being able to run Kantai or Nisekoi restrictions)

I'm theorizing what the current meta builds for Kantai ENG (G/Y or G/R/Y and soon to be B/Y) will be like.

My guess for G/Y (I prefer that build) will still be all utility.

Level 0s:

• 3-4x Hatsukaze

• 3-4x Hibiki

• 3-4x Akatsuki in Winter

• 3-4x Inaduma

Level 1s:

• 4x Shimakaze

• 3-4x Verniy

• 2x Yahagi

My question to Kantai players is are the new cards like Shimakaze-Kai, Akatsuki in Winter, Akashi, are just going to be based on personal preferences? Will Yahagi still be relevant with the new Level 1s? (I think so since it maintains board presence and helps push for Level 3) I wonder if people will still run the green brainstormer or replace it with the yellow brainstormer from the second set? What about the yellow runner?

And what is your opinion as a whole for Kantai second fleet if anything will remain unchanged for the English format?
