So I want to build Soundless Voice because it looks fun. I know a lot of the cards will be hard to find but this will be like a small side project over time. I've seen some builds that have topped with it but I do not want to just completely net deck someone's build.

Can someone who has played Project Diva or knows a great knowledge provide some staples that are essential for going with the build? I know that I want to incorporate Cantarella climaxes and cards like White Dresses, Magicians, White Blazers, etc. are good for the deck. Also what Level 3s are more desired to play in this type of build? I've seen a mix of clock shooters, healers, and early Level 3s at Level 2s but I want to know which one seems to be more synergistic with Soundless Voice?
