Iām especially keen on anything which is reminiscent of the works of Thomas Ligotti, particularly Teatro Grottesco, the Silent Hill video games, or the video game Pathologic. Strange rec, I know, but Iām really eager to read something that evokes the same mood as these works. The settings of small fog-shrouded towns or cities, the decaying landscapes, the strange and demented characters which populate these locales, and the bleak atmosphere and pessimistic philosophy are all things Iām craving in a story right now. Any help is appreciated.
