Best ways to increase protein via whole foods?

What are some of your favorite ways to increase protein intake via whole foods( no bars/shakes.)
I like Jerky. I have stocked up on low fat cottage cheese, non fat Greek yogurt and egg whites. Recipe suggestions using said ingredients are welcome.
Also, how do you feel about unflavored protein powder as an food additive on Recipes? Suggestions on how to use it as such are also appreciated.
