Ok…. A little over a year and half ago I found myself in the worst physical shape I had ever been in. I was someone who had traditionally been in good shape. So, to find myself at this point was something that took a long time to come to terms with. I knew I needed to change. I just didn’t know how. What I failed to realize is that I had terrible eating habits and didn’t have a daily training routine. I used this Reddit threat, along with a few others, for some inspiration as I was looking to start making a change. I am now 110 pounds down. My entire lifestyle has change for the best. I have no idea if these kinds of posts are welcome here, but just hoping to provide a little inspiration to pay it forward :)
