Hey folks,
So I lost about 40 pounds last year (240 to 200) and started maintaining that and variably gained and lost 10 pounds more(210). I moved to a different place for a job and now my weight got worse. I gained 15 more pounds and I work out a lot, I have my regular protein intake and Iām increasing it now to about 100g as initially it was only 30-50g.
I recently switched to orange theory as my gym got shitty and just sucks now but I might join a different gym just for weights.
Iām not looking for advice on whether Orangetheory is good or not or what gym is good.
Iām looking for advice towards how to focus myself on losing all this weight and fat. My target is 150lbs
