Lost 120lbs from my highest weight with just meds and diet change
Post Body

I still have 190lbs to go to reach my goal weight of 140lbs but I"m so proud of my progress!

For those wondering I'm on Topirimate, B12, and Metformin for weight loss. I also drink 128oz of water daily (I know this is higher than the norm -but I have a tracheostomy so I lose water and get dehydrated extremely easily.)

For my diet I do intuitive eating. I don't count calories due to a history of disordered eating. I try and focus on fruit, veggies, and lean protein and then let my body lead the way from there.

The second most important part that keeps me from hyperfixating on calories is I only weigh myself once every 2 to 3 months. Before I weigh myself I also prep by reminding myself that this is just a number and numbers do not define me or my body.

I haven't decided if I'm going to do the surgery yet or just continue with the meds. I would love to hear everyone's experiences from both sides. Also shout out your own victories!
