What is my max?

So I just decided to turn a “heavy” workout into a max session and see how far I could go. I’ve been away for about 8 months so I was surprised to see 190 (I’ve only ever gotten to 230 max bench.) but I’m wondering since this workout is weird if my max is 190 or 195-200 given all the nonsense I did prior to maxing. Just want your opinions, thanks.
