Anyone else waking up sore

I just got a WB and I like it but Iām so sore lately. Great sleep but my back feels sore and achy and tight neck now. This is all mild ofc but Iād like none of it if possible lol. Idk how much I weight maybe 180? I got a 15 pound WB
