How to bulk up your legs if you're built long and lean??
Post Body

Hey yall, I was wondering if you had any tips on increasing leg muscle mass. I have great muscle tone, but I'd just like to grow the muscle. My metabolism is higher than Whitney and bobby put together. So its hard for me to pack on weight unless its through weight lifting. Been in the gym for 2 weeks and have lost 3 pounds. Started out at 148, dropped to 145. Assuming I'm burning all fat to make room for this muscle I'm about to stack on. I currently hit back squats at the rack. 135lbs, 3sets of 10-12 reps. I do barbell deadlifts, 155lbs, 3 sets of 5-10 reps. I hit the leg press machine with 3 sets of 10-12 reps. I hit the leg and and hamstring extension for 3 sets of 10-12 reps each. AND of course the calf raises. I would love to be at 165 in a few months so my main focus are of course the larger muscles in the body. I'd love tips for any ass growth too. Can't have fire quads and sucked up gluten.

Also I'm eating a balanced diet. Trying to spread out my meals to consume more food. On top of that I'm taking some mass gainer to get in the extra carbs and calories. In the 2 weeks I've worked out, I have noticed my muscles looking a little shocked. They look a little more plump and that just motivates me to keep it up
