hey there. I'm 17 female standing at about 5'6, and 210 pounds. I'm not a "fat" individual but I am on the thicker side with larger hips and bottom and a smaller waist.
iv been in the recruitment process for the army national guard for about a year now and just recently started weight training in hopes that this is the path that will help me with the weight loss AND getting a smaller circumference so I can get into the army in time so I can still go to basic training this summer and make it back in time for college in august.
this deadline is going to be no later than the end of next month, it's not a lot of time but I'm very dedicated to the workouts I do AND my new diet.
So I came to this subreddit to ask what are some workouts (weight training or not) to firm up, and get that smaller figure (if there is any) I would love to hear what other people have to say about this and not just watch a youtube video, or tiktok. like i said before i am still very new to alot of this so please be polite!
