Hi all, I started working out for the first time today.

I'm stuck at home so bought a set of resistance bands.

I'm doing 20 reps on biceps / chest / triceps / back, then 15 reps, then 10. I switch between 40lbs, 20lbs, and 10lbs depending on which of my muscles are stronger / weaker. I can already feel the burn!

Does this seem like a good workout for results?

My other question is:

I'm a vegetarian, and also trying to lose fat, which is a priority since I gained 60 pounds due to the pandemic and look like a whale. Is there a supplement or protein powder you'd recommend that won't cause me to get fatter? But will encourage muscle growth? I've lost 35 pounds of fat so far and want to lose another 30.

Also any links to awesome resistance band workouts would be great. Might even be willing to pay someone for virtual training.
