Been doing this for ab 2 weeks. I’ll do PPL and then rest with light intensity cardio. Squats I just do with a kettle bell since I don't think my form is very good using a bar. I've tried regular bench press but again don't think form is good so just using the machine and dumbbells for now. Usually after each workout I walk on the treadmill for half an hour. New to this so I hope I got all the names right lol. I forgot to include leg press on leg day but I do that too.
