Hey all, hope everyone is having a great week so far. Iām looking to get some feedback, critique and advice on my fitness specifics to get myself more dialled in and optimize wherever I can.
My main goal is to build muscle, and ideally to put on a lot of mass.
Body stats:
Current weight: 170 lbs
Height: 6ā0 ft
Supplements, vitamins:
Creatine
Whey isolate
Mass gainer
Zinc
Magnesium glycinate
Korean red ginseng
Maca
Food intake:
Mostly pescatarian diet, incl. dairy and eggs, but do incorporate some meat from time to time. I'd say my food intake is 80% "clean" and 20% dirty.
Avg. protein/day over last 30 days: 182g
Avg. calories/day over last 30 days: 3510
Gym schedule:
6 days a week, usually between 1.5-2hrs
Overall I lift heavy and generally go until failure for each exercise. I don't do much cardio, except for a light sprint on the treadmill for 5 minutes to warm up before each session at the gym.
Sunday - Upper body (push)
Monday - Rest day
Tuesday - Legs/core
Wednesday - Upper body (push)
Thursday - Legs/core
Friday - Upper body (pull)
Saturday - Legs/core
