Hi guys, Ive been struggling with weight loss for a few years on and off with various success and failures. Ive begun to notice that the part i'm lacking most of my weight loss journey is the eating/food aspect.
I'm a complete moron when it comes to food, i don't know anything about it, i eat when i'm hungry and i usually eat out of boredom most of the time as well.
I was wondering if someone could help me put together a plan that i can just follow and not have to worry about what im eating, how much im eating etc. When i begin to think about all the food i could be eating it gets overwhelming and complicated. I want someone to help just make a super simple meal plan that any halfwit monkey like me can follow
Please help me out, im allergic to nuts if that helps at all, and I dont have crazy hours so I should be able to eat standard meals every day.
Please let me know any other important info, i would be very appreciative!
