Hey all!

I am 1.96m (around 6.4 feet) in height and wheigh around 140kg( 310 lbs). NBP i am currently at 12 -13 cm (4.7 - 5.1) BP i am around 17-18.5 cm ( 6,69-7.1) Circumference is around 16cm (6.2 inch), thickest part. So i currently Changed my rating Habits(np Snacks rating healthier) and started daily Cardio Training.

Do you have any morw Tips or advices for a beginner?
