I've been thinking about how people lost weight before the advent of technology. I mean we've got fitness trackers, apps on our phones, smart scales to check your weight, etc.
Just curious how hard it would be to lose weight without any of those tools. Just exercising, only using bodyweight, no fancy gym equipment and watching what you eat without food scales or apps to track for intake.
I'm up for the challenge as I haven't had much success using tools or fancy gym equipment and wanted to go "old school."
Anyone have any ideas on how to start and possibly lose the weight this way?
