Am a 39 yr old that is 470 lbs. 3 years ago I was at 500 lbs and was able to get to 400lbs. I fasted with an 8 hour window per day eatting and maybe worked out 2-3 days a week. Since then I stopped working out due to working at my job 10 plus hours a day and having to do family things ( school events with kids, and what not). The only thing I kept with was the fasting. Well like I said am 470lbs now and cant seem to drop any weight no matter the diet am doing. Besides going back to working out, in which I cant do till after xmas, what else should I do? Deit am doing is start eatting at noon and stop between 7-8pm. I have two meals which includes a salad with peppers, mushrooms, and maybe chicken or tuna, and two hard boiled eggs. And for diner its whatever the wife makes that nite in which is a meat (chicken, beef, fish etc) rice and a veggie. Snack wise I have a protein bar after work and then nuts or seeds. I do have some junk food maybe three times a week in which is like an oatmeal pie, or chocolate (like lindt or chocolate covered nuts). When I do count my calorie intake its around 2000 per day on the high end. Any help would be great.
